I needed this today. I'm d...Thank you for this. I needed this today. I'm dealing with two children (one with ADHD/ODD and another with ODD) along with their father who has both as well (although undiagnosed) and I feel as though I am just falling into a downward spiral (yet again). I am 'hanging on' as best I can until I can see my doctor on Tuesday ... and this has helped to remind me to not react but to observe first, and help to keep me in a somewhat sane state for the time being.
