In our day-to-day life, we may encounter disappointments. This will result in a mis-alignment in our bodies causing illness. It is not the intent of our soul. It is more about what we are identifying with. It is caused by identification with the problem which is from an exterior perspective.

Then what do we do to ease the soul? Stop focusing on what is and begin feeling the intent of the soul. Create union with body and spirit. Clarify the truth of the situation. Always see the best out of every situation. No matter what! Rearrange your thoughts to see light. Or free yourself by daydreaming about what is fun. Imagine yourself where you want to be. Picture your desires and feel them rush through your body. Get positively emotional charged about them.

Some of us have been conditioned to believe that it is wrong, greedy or inconsiderate to think about what we want. We are not doing something bad. We are truly doing something good for ourselves and our health.

Your thoughts are your paintbrush to life. Start painting!
